Meet the Teacher Dates Announced for the 2026-2027 School Year

All Osceola students and parents are encouraged to attend their school's Meet The Teacher event in order to prepare for the 2026-2027 school year:

• Wednesday, August 5 - All high schools will host Meet The Teacher from 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. (including The Osceola County School for the Arts, Grades 6-12)
• Thursday, August 6 - All middle and K-8 schools will host Meet The Teacher from 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• Friday, August 7 - All elementary schools will host Meet the Teacher from 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Students will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with their teachers and classroom environments before the first day of school, which can reduce anxiety and help students feel more comfortable and confident. Meet the Teacher will also provide parents with an opportunity to establish a personal connection with their child's teachers, which can facilitate better communication and collaboration throughout the school year. Gaining an understanding of the teachers' approach, expectations, and classroom policies will provide parents with the information they need to support their child's learning.
