Principal’s Message
Welcome Back, Pleasant Hill Families and Friends!
I am both humbled and honored to continue serving as the principal of such a caring and committed community. As I begin my sixth year as Principal—and with 31 years in education—I remain deeply proud to be a Pleasant Hill Panda and firmly believe in the transformative power of education.
As we begin the 2025–2026 school year, I want to personally welcome each of you back. I am incredibly proud of how our faculty, staff, students, and families embraced the challenges of the past year. We have grown stronger together—and together is the thread that binds our success.
This year, we will move forward step-by-step and day-by-day, with a clear focus on our goals. Our dedicated staff is committed to meeting students where they are academically and helping them reach their full potential. I hold high expectations for myself, our staff, students, families, and community. Each of us brings unique strengths and talents, and together, we will move from good to great.
We will continue to lead the way with AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination), fostering a college- and career-ready culture that equips our students with the tools they need for success—today, tomorrow, and beyond.
We will also continue to show our Panda Pride by demonstrating:

- Inquisitiveness
- Determination
- Engagement
The road to success begins within the halls of PHE. Working together, we will ensure our students experience a year filled with academic and social growth.
